Software Engineering Manager Form of employment: employment contract Location: Warsaw (hybrid or stationary work) Salary: PLN 20,000 - 30,000 gross per month Team: IT Division, Retail Applications Department About the team: The Retail Applications Department consists of a team of approx. 400 experts IT enthusiasts and specialists responsible for creating and developing modern solutions in banking. We are a "software house with a banking license" - we also modernize older applications or replace them with completely new solutions using the latest technologies, including cloud solutions. It is in our department that we maintain and develop a wide, integrated mojaING ecosystem, which is used every day by several million individual customers of our bank. We have new project initiatives ahead of us, hence we are looking for experienced Managers who will manage one of the teams and give further direction to the development of our applications: Tribe Digital Transformation - in our team we implement and maintain platform solutions for individual clients. We develop and ensure the availability and reliability of the MojeING application and its mobile version. We provide modern solutions for contact centers and meeting places (telephone and video calls), as well as chat and voice bots based on artificial intelligence. Tribe Daily Banking – we develop solutions for individual clients in the area of ​​everyday banking. By implementing applications in the cloud, we offer our clients modern payment solutions (BLIK, instant transfers) and a financial management strategy. Tribe Savings and Investments - we implement and maintain solutions for individual clients in the deposit and investment area, our work includes applications for savings accounts, deposits, and investment funds. Tribe loans and insurance – we work on solutions for individual clients in the area of ​​credit and insurance, we develop applications for loans, mortgages and insurance. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to offer customers even better credit products.
