Software engineer (AI/ML/CV) in Pro recruitment

We are expanding our R&D direction and are looking for a programmer who wants to dive into the development of computer vision systems for next-generation technologies.

Our products work in environments where there is no margin for error. Computer vision algorithms here are not just a software module, but the core of real-time navigation, identification and decision-making. That is why we are looking for a specialist who is ready to develop in a complex, high-pressure technical environment and create solutions that will have a direct impact on the country's defense capability.

This is a position for those who want to build a strong foundation in AI/ML/CV, work with technological challenges and learn from senior engineers who create the technologies of the future.

Functional duties:

1. Development of software and algorithms

• Development and optimization of computer vision algorithms for optical navigation and object recognition (C++ or Python).
• Implementation of machine learning models for detection, classification and tracking.
• Integration of ML/CV libraries: OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX.

2. Working with data

• Collection, augmentation and preprocessing of datasets.
• Annotation and validation of training samples.
• Analysis of model results and formation of performance metrics.

3. Testing and optimization

• Testing of the developed algorithms in different conditions (illumination, environment, distance).
• Profiling and optimization of the code for real-time processing.
• Improvement of existing models based on field and laboratory feedback.

4. Documentation and teamwork

• Documentation of code, experiments, models.
• Participation in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaboration with senior engineers to solve complex problems.

Requirements for the candidate:

Education: bachelor.

Specialty: applied mathematics, computer science directions.

Ready to teach.

Programs and technologies you can use:

• • YOLO, OpenCV;
• • Development tools: VSCode or similar;
• • Basic knowledge of ML libraries is a plus.

Language: English — Intermediate.
