• Maintain software in production and test environments. Resolving incidents that occur when working with the software.
• Work with MS SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, at the level of writing scripts to retrieve information, make changes and create new objects in the database.
• Administer the servers on which the software is based: installing software, archiving logs, controlling server resources, working with DBMS. (Windows 2012-2022 Server, MS Sql 2005-2022, PostgreSQL, including upgrading to newer and more current versions).
• Develop technical and other documentation of accompanying software (system passports and user manuals).
• Create command files and scripts for various tasks (cmd, PowerShell).
• Monitor errors that occur and analyze logs using Zabix, Grafana and Elasticsearch.

You are suitable if you have:

• Experience of at least 2 years in the field of Fintech or banking as Support (L2).
• Understanding of API basics, data transfer formats (JSON, XML), synchronous/asynchronous interaction, protocol
• Experience with Task Manager (Jira, Trello) and Ticket System.
• Experience in server administration based on the Microsoft Windows server 2022 OS.
• Experience in IIS 10.0 settings and site administration on it.
• Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Experience in configuration/installation and basic optimization of DBMS (MSSQL 2014-2022, PostgreSQL), skills in writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Zabbix, Grafana products (user, analysis of dashboards, reports), ELK-stack (analysis of logs).
• Experience in troubleshooting software, operating systems and hardware.
• Experience with backup (preferably commercial) and monitoring solutions.
• Experience in writing system scripts (ps, wsh, vbs, bat, etc.) for task automation, data collection.
• Knowledge of the basics/principles of computer network operation, including TCP/IP, experience in network equipment administration.

Will be a plus:

— experience with WSO2 and microservice architecture;
- Groovy;
— Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Camunda, Kibana;
- understanding of DevOps tasks (CI/CD)
- Working with cluster HA/HL platform for OKD/OpenShift containerized applications;
-Experience with Jenkins will be an advantage.
