Software Engineer in SPS Commerce

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

3+ years minimum software development experience;

Python 3.6+;

React.js + redux;

Experience with building RESTful API;

Familiarity or desire to work with AWS and Kubernetes;

Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;

Excellent communication skills;

At least intermediate English level (both written and spoken).

PREFERRED (is a plus):

Experience in AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ESC Cluster, CloudWatch and PostgreSQL/MySQL RDS.

Knowledge or experience in Docker

Java

Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL or any other);

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build high-volume Python cloud-based product with the 99.99% availability, building JavaScript based frontend and develop code covered with unit tests.

To take part in software design and architectural development activities.

Improve the existing product, communicate with technical support to resolve code issues.

Be self-organized and detail-oriented;
