Software Embedded Engineer in Frojstil

A company from the medical industry from the USA, which decided to develop its activities on the Polish market 2 years ago. Our main goal is to prevent bloodstream infections and protect healthcare workers from exposure to infectious diseases and dangerous drugs. The products developed by the Embedded team include infusion pumps, infusion pump docking stations and additional equipment.

We offer:

• Remuneration in the range of PLN 17,000 - 22,000 gross based on an employment contract with a formal provision taking into account up to 50% of the costs of income obtained, which directly affects the net amount of remuneration obtained. (The salary range depends on the level of professional experience, which is verified during the recruitment interview)

To the basic salary:

• Bonus once a year up to 5% value of the annual salary, paid in March (the amount of the bonus depends on the financial results of the capital group)
• Christmas bonus of PLN 1,500 gross, calculated in proportion to the period of work from January to December
• Salary indexation once a year year • After the implementation period, possibility of hybrid work
• hybrid work model: 3 days from the office and 2 days from home + additional 24 days of remote work per year

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the development of C/C++ embedded software
  • Knowledge of system design methodology, data structures and algorithms
  • Ability to optimize designed solutions to reduce time and/or memory complexity
  • Ability to use programming tools (toolchains, JTAG, SWD debuggers)
  • Good, practical knowledge of RTOS systems
  • Knowledge of ARM architecture
  • Knowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, etc..
  • Ability to read diagrams and component catalog cards
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level (mainly documentation)
  • Welcome: < /em> knowledge of the Python programming language
  • Welcome: knowledge of ARM Cortex M7 processors
  • Miles seen: knowledge about cyber security
