Friends, we are currently looking for a Software Asset Manager

Your future functionality:

< li> Initial and periodic audit and inventory of the Bank's software assets (at least once a year) assets
• Control of compliance of software (software licenses) with license agreements, standards and rules of use, etc.
• Control of validity periods of software (software licenses), validity periods of technical support for software (software licenses)
• Preparation and reporting, including on the effectiveness of using software assets.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in auditing and inventorying software assets of the enterprise
• Confident knowledge of license management, knowledge of license management methodology (Software Asset Management), ITIL, ITSM
• Experience with license management according to ITIL, ITSM standards
• Experience with automated SAM systems
• Strong knowledge of the software market including licensing terms and conditions of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom
