About the vacancy.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Experience as a Software Architect or similar position for at least two years.

• Minimum of six years of hands-on software development experience.

• Extensive experience in writing software using the .NET stack.

• Four years of professional experience working on commercial projects with SOA and/or Microservices architecture types.

• Experience with architecture documentation (HLD, C4, UML, Sequence Diagram, etc.).

• Solid understanding of software development principles including Object Oriented Design (OOD) and various design patterns.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on involvement in authentication/security aspects.

• Ability to work with relational databases such as MS SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with different service-to-service interaction protocols (REST, RPC, GraphQL).

• Be familiar with Message Broker technology (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).

• Knowledge of basic tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring and logging.

• Communication skills, especially in code review, refactoring discussions, team mentoring and effective cross-team communication.

Good to have:

• Practical skills in the DDD approach.

• Familiarity with search engines such as ElasticSearch.

• Experience with cloud platform AWS, Azure, Google, etc.

• Understanding of infrastructure building principles and DevOps processes.

• Practical experience in developing and implementing integrations with third-party services\systems.

• Understanding of both manual and automated testing processes.

• Experience working in agile teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and support architectural solutions based on business requirements for individual team products the Bank subdomain.

• Design and maintenance of technical documentation.

• Cross-team collaboration to ensure architecture meets project requirements.

• Exchange of experience with subordinate team.

• Help in conducting technical interviews for candidates in the subordinate team.

• Ensuring compliance with development standards, code quality assurance and security.

• Constant communication with other architects.

• Monitoring and optimizing the product to achieve maximum performance and availability.

• Analysis of existing and future products to identify potential areas of architecture and/or solution redesign.

• R&D of technical solutions when solving certain problems for implementation in the Bank's stack.

• Systematization and structuring of the stack in the Bank.

• Responsibility for the decisions made.
