Weare looking for askilled Software Architect tojoin our team inPoland orCyprus office, who will strengthen the Architects team. The main responsibilities and duties are collaborating with stakeholders, Analyzing requirements and converting them toArchitecture documents based onDDDarchitecture, high-level and low-level diagrams building (UML2.0/C4model), API design (protobuf, Swagger). Inaddition inter-team collaboration would also take place. And last but not least helping teams toimplement them. Requirements: • Experience asaSoftware Architect for 4+years; • Commercial development experience 7+years; • Experience inbuilding high-performance systems; • Experience indesigning microservice systems with the principles offault tolerance, horizontal scaling, and high availability; • Application ofTDD/EDD/DDD/12-factor app practices; • Expert knowledge ofindustry-recognized reference architectures, architectural patterns, and styles (SaaS, SOA, N-Tier, Layered Architecture, MVC, Client-Server, Message Bus, etc.); • Strong system design skills; • Practical knowledge ofcontainers (Docker, Kubernetes); • Experience DBA(SQL/NoSQL) and messaging services (Kafka, NATS, etc.); • Data structure(protobuf, JSON, etc.); • Design ofschemes UML2.0/C4model; • Working with cloud providers such asGCP/AWS; • Estimation and scope decomposition; • Expert knowledge ofdesign, coding, unit testing, and configuration management best practices; • Expert knowledge ofdevelopment tools, libraries, and frameworks; • English language, B2+. Will beplus: • Experience asaTechnical Lead for 2+years; • Experience inGitOps, Terraform, Helm/ArgoCD; • Observability stack (Grafana); • Computer since grade; • Knowledge ofsoftware quality metrics (Loose coupling, cyclomatic complexity, code coverage, etc.); • Continuous learning and self-development. Responsibilities: • Evaluation and clarification ofincoming functional business requirements from customers and business analytics inspecification format; • Creation oftechnical specifications following functional business requirements; • Building ofservices and infrastructure architecture according totechnical specifications; • Control ofcompliance ofnew solutions tothe general architecture; • Technical risks evaluation for services performance and infrastructure, and potential solutions development for mitigation; • Services and infrastructure evolving and optimization; • Performance, security, andstress testing planning and supervision found vulnerabilities and issues resolving; • Architecture and technical solutions presentation and discussion with technical Leads and members; • Supervision oftechnical solutions compliance toproject requirements; • Maintenance oftechnical documentation and development regulations; • Requirements analysis, technical design, scope decomposition, and estimation with the technical teams; • New projects and services ofthe company evaluation for compliance with the existing regulations and methodologies; • Mentor development team members and Senior technical staff inthe architecture area; • Establishment and development ofnew technological practices for the company.
