KEY DUTIES:

• Development and implementation of soft skills development training (communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork) using interactive methods. Evaluation of the effectiveness of training, development of materials.
• Analysis of the need for training, evaluation and development of personnel.
• Preparation of training materials, presentations, exercises and methodological guides
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs
• Counseling of employees on the development of soft skills in the working environment
• Conducting a systematic analysis of the level of satisfaction and loyalty of employees, preparation of reports on the results of trainings and preparation recommendations for improving training programs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in developing and conducting trainings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in team
• High level of organization and responsibility
• Knowledge of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level
• Knowledge of English at the B1 level is an advantage
