Soft collector/specialist in collection of problem debt in MAYBIZ, TOV, FK

We are looking for an employee for pre-collection and  remote collection with experience of working in an MFI.

The workplace is remote. , not in the office

Main requirements:
- Experience working with MFI loans for more than a year
- well spoken language

- ability to convince and find a common language with the client (we focus on returning the client to the schedule)
- the ability to work with information
- the right insistence within the limits of the legislation (exclusively)
- knowledge of the basics of the law on collectors (frequency of interaction, how you can interact and how interaction is prohibited)

- ability and skills to contact third parties (within the limits of the law and contract)
- excellent knowledge of the native language
- ability to make decisions and work independently
