Sociologist in "!FEST" Lviv

We are looking for a sociologist who is ready to work in the data team of Emotion Holding !Fest, focusing on three main areas of activity: 1. Work with the correct collection of feedback from internal users: - development of surveys and research for the Lokal loyalty system in order to obtain relevant and meaningful information from users ;-planning and conducting surveys on preferences in the selection of goods and services;-analysis of the received data to identify key trends and recommendations for improving activities. 2.Market research:-conducting field research to study the reaction of consumers to various offers on the market;-analysis data in order to identify the causes of certain results of the functioning of institutions; - research of consumer preferences to predict demand for new concepts. 3. Work with data collection (enrichment) for knowledge graphs: - development of data collection methods for building knowledge graphs; - study of interactions in society and transformation of the received data for knowledge graphs; - optimization of data collection processes and constant updating of knowledge graphs taking into account modern social trends. Requirements: - work experience in a similar position or in the field of sociological research is welcome, but not mandatory; - higher education in the field of sociology, statistics or related specialties; - the ability to work with the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. - the desire to learn and develop in the chosen field is one of the most important factors; - the ability to work in a team and solve tasks independently; - knowledge of the English language at the level sufficient to understand literature and communication with foreign partners is welcome.
