UNFPA project "Vilna" creates spaces where women and girls receive support, knowledge and access to services that help restore balance, security and self-confidence. The social worker is the key link between the beneficiaries and the system of social, legal and medical services in the community.

Main tasks:
- conduct individual social counseling and form support plans for women and girls
- provide safe and sensitive referrals to medical, legal, psychological, police, educational and career services
- develop partnerships with social services, government structures, community initiatives for comprehensive assistance to women
- update an interactive map of available services in the community
- conduct group activities for safety planning, raising awareness of rights and protection opportunities
- promote social integration and increase the psychological resilience of beneficiaries
- maintain documentation and a referral database in accordance with standards
- participate in team planning, supervisions and cross-sectoral meetings.
What we expect from you:
- bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- at least 5 years of social work experience
- understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups, including women who have suffered from gender-based violence
- ability to build trust, communicate with various services and act in the interests of the client
