Social worker of the safe space for women and girls "Vilna", FOP in Rokada, BF BO

Main tasks:

• conduct individual social counseling and form support plans for women and girls
• provide safe and sensitive referrals to medical, legal, psychological, police, educational and career services
• develop partnerships with social services, government structures, community initiatives for comprehensive assistance to women
• update an interactive map of available services in the community
• conduct group activities for safety planning, raising awareness of rights and protection opportunities
• promote social integration and increase the psychological resilience of beneficiaries
• maintain documentation and a referral database in accordance with standards
• participate in team planning, supervisions and cross-sectoral meetings.

What we expect from you:

• bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• at least 5 years of social work experience
• understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups, including women who have suffered from gender-based violence
• ability to build trust, communicate with various services and act in the interests of the client
