Position: Social workerPlace of work: Cherkasy PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Identification of persons who have needs and/or risks in the field of protection, registration of these cases, assessment of relevant risks and integral needs of the person, creation of an action plan to mitigate risks, meeting needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Identification persons in need of protection in Cherkasy and the Cherkasy region with the help of mobile brigade visits to households/centers and holding information sessions. Case management/individual assistance in the field of protection; Referrals to government and non-government service providers when appropriate and availableCase closure by addressing individual beneficiary requestsMonitoring, evaluation, accountability and training;Capacity development;Educational qualifications, skills and experience required:QualificationsBachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education or related field EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS At least 1 year of relevant work experience in case management programs or related fields (speech therapy, social work, housing, legal aid, etc.)Understanding of emergency protectionExperience supporting vulnerable communitiesReport writing skillsComputer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) WE OFFER Official employment according to the Labor Code Office in the center Medical insurance Corporate English training
