International Charitable Foundation Nova Ukraine has been systematically providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Our team works to ensure that every dollar of donations from American citizens and partners goes to help Ukraine through the implementation of projects and initiatives in the areas of medical care, education, infrastructure and energy, advocacy and culture, animal assistance, evacuation, etc. During this time, we have provided humanitarian aid worth over 100 million dollars.

We are looking for a specialist for the position Coordinator of social projects , who is ready to take on important functions of managing and coordinating children's projects, supporting the most vulnerable groups of IDPs, orphans, orphanages and foster families, veterans.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of requests for grants and material assistance:


    • Processing requests for support of social projects initiated by partners.
    • Keeping documentation and preparing reports on projects.
    • Coordination of implementation of joint projects.

Planning and initiation of projects:


    • Development of short- and long-term plans for social initiatives.
    • Initiation of new projects in cooperation with existing and new partners.

Communication and partnership:


    • Support and development of partnerships.
    • Negotiating and structuring requests before submission to management.

Interaction with other teams:


    • Collaborate with procurement teams to plan required resources.
    • Organization of joint work on projects with other departments.

Reporting and media:


    • Ensuring the execution and collection of reports from partners.
    • Coordination of the transfer of media content from projects for the media team.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (not lower than B1).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, attention to details.
  • Experience with a CRM system is desirable.
  • Experience as an account manager, project manager or event manager is desirable.
  • Experience working in a charity organization would be an advantage.
