We are looking for a specialist for the position of Coordinator of social projects, who is ready to take on important functions of managing and coordinating children's projects, supporting the most vulnerable groups of IDPs, orphans, orphanages and foster families, veterans.
Duties:
Coordination of requests for grants and financial aid:
- Processing requests for support of social projects initiated by partners.
- Maintaining documentation and preparing reports on projects.
- Coordinating the implementation of joint projects.
Project planning and initiation:
- Development of short- and long-term plans for social initiatives.
- Initiation of new projects in cooperation with existing and new partners.
Communication and partnership:
- Support and development of partnership relations.
- Negotiating and structuring requests before submission to management.
Interaction with other teams:
- Cooperation with procurement teams to plan required resources.
- Organization of joint work on projects with other departments.
Reporting and media:
- Ensuring the design and collection of reports from partners.
- Coordinating the transfer of media content from projects for the media team.

Requirements for the candidate:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (not lower than B1).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, attention for details.
- Desirable experience of working with a CRM system.
- Desirable work experience as an account manager, project manager or event manager.
- Work experience in a charity organization will be an advantage.
