The main goal of the position: Strategic coordination of a social project, the main recipients of whose services are children - residents of the city. Zaporizhzhia. Expected work results and criteria for evaluating the work performed: Smooth independent functioning of the project. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of the project's effectiveness have been implemented. What will need to be done: Strategy for the work and development of the project, development of training programs, according to the intended goals. Search for grant opportunities, writing and coordination grant applications. Search for contractors and mutually beneficial partnerships. Involvement of the target audience in the project. Coordination of the current operational activities of the project. Collection and analysis of project results, evaluation of effectiveness. Quarterly and annual reporting to the donor. Musthave for a future colleague: 3 years of work experience, priority - public sector, educational activity. Language. Fluency in Ukrainian. Technologies. Confident PC user. You know how to use the Google service, MS Office (Word, Excel). Education. Completed higher education, priority - social, psychological, pedagogical (education with honors or social activity, as well as additional profile informal education will be an advantage). Soft skills: leadership skills, high level of responsibility for decisions made, initiative, flexibility to changes, ability to work in conditions of multitasking, emotional intelligence, storytelling skills, a firm Ukrainian position.
