• You have at least 2 years of experience in team management (min. 5 people in the team, not necessarily in marketing, but it is welcome)
• You worked on KPIs and are able to execute tasks in a good atmosphere
• You are able to take responsibility for achieving goals and question the status quo (we are looking for someone who will introduce real change in our organization and not adapt to the existing situation)
• You can effectively delegate tasks and monitor the progress of the team's work.
• The terms disposal, delivery margin and delivery hours are familiar to you. 
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships both within the team and with clients.
• Monday, Slack and Google Docs are your natural work environment.
• You can inspire a team, motivate them to achieve ambitious goals and take care of their development and job satisfaction.
• You are open to feedback and can provide it constructively to your employees, supporting their professional development.
• Your strengths include: independence, pro-activity, empathy.
• You are constantly developing your managerial skills and connecting your future with being a manager

What will your work look like?

In your position, you will be responsible for:

• The results and motivation of the entire team in the context of work organization and efficiency. (the Head is responsible for the content)
• Leading and managing a team of specialists in their daily work
• Setting and executing tasks leading to the achievement of the KPIs set for you
• Disposal management per employee and per team - assigning new projects, work optimization,
• Working on processes and creating them
• Onboarding - introducing new members to the team.
• Co-creating our agency - making and influencing key decisions
• Organizing regular One2One feedback and development meetings.
• Going beyond the framework and thinking about team management in a broad perspective - doing more than is expected of you :)
• Sales support (participation in conversations, preparing offers)
• Paperwork - handling contracts with clients, employees, etcdecontractors with the support of a lawyer and HR. 
• Negotiating contracts
• Organizing company meetings twice a year.

• Base salary depending on experience and a quarterly bonus depending on results and your proactivity.
