What will your work look like?

In your position, you will be responsible for:

  • The results and motivation of the entire team in the context of work organization and efficiency. (the Head is responsible for the content)
  • Leading and managing a team of specialists in their daily work
  • Setting and executing tasks leading to the achievement of the KPIs set for you
  • Disposal management per employee and per team - assigning new projects, work optimization,
  • Working on processes and creating them
  • Onboarding - introducing new members to the team.
  • Co-creating our agency - making and influencing key decisions
  • Organizing regular One2One feedback and development meetings.
  • Going beyond the framework and thinking about team management in a broad perspective - doing more than is expected of you :)
  • Sales support (participation in conversations, preparing offers)
  • Paperwork - handling contracts with clients, employees, etcdecontractors with the support of a lawyer and HR. 
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Organizing company meetings twice a year.
