Recruitment stages:
- If your CV meets our expectations, we will invite you to a Google Meet meeting (30 minutes).
- If the meeting goes well, we will ask you to prepare a short task, which we use only for recruitment purposes.
- After assessing the assignment, we will arrange a meeting in the office (1 hour) and decide whether you will join our team. We make the decision within 2 days of our meeting.

- You speak English at a minimum level of B2, in spelling (necessary condition)
- You have at least . one year of experience in various activities in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- You are creative in generating content that engages various target groups
- You have an aesthetic sense, you can create graphics, reels or video material that are engaging and visually coherent. You are proficient in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or another creative toolcreating and editing graphics and short but engaging video materials
- You have analytical skills that allow you to assess the effectiveness of posts/prepared materials (Meta Business Suite).
- You are able to draw conclusions from such an analysis by adapting posts/materials to obtain the best possible results (reach/interactions)
- You organize your work independently and meet deadlines
