Reports to the Head of Media.Collaborates closely with the Creative Team to craft exceptional social media strategies and content tailored to each brand's unique voice and positioningDrives community engagement across social platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for real-time interaction and keeping abreast of evolving social media trends and consumer behaviorsOversees daily social media operations for the team, ensuring seamless execution of strategiesManages the content calendar and oversees all aspects of social media content creation, from ideation to implementationSpearheads social-first campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to amplify brand presence on social media channelsUtilizes social media analytics tools for deep insights and proposes content strategies aligned with brand objectivesCollaborates closely with the Public Relations Team to integrate influencer marketing seamlessly into overall social media initiativesConducts in-depth performance analysis and delivers comprehensive reportsResearches and continuously monitors emerging social media trends to ensure staying ahead of the curveProduces store-related social media content when needed, from copy to imagePerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience in social media managementExceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skillsOrganizational and time management skillsExperience in the food and beverage industry preferredKnowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferredJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeThe annual salary for this position is $70,000- $80,000Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
