We are looking for a creative and experienced person for the position of Social Media Manager / Community Manager who: b>
- Has excellent communication skills and is great at b2b communication in social media and conducting dialogue with platform users (b2c);
- Knows the latest trends and tools in the field of social media and can use them effectively to build a community around the brand;

This position should have in-depth knowledge of the latest social media trends, analytical tools, and online community engagement strategies.

The tasks of the person in this position will include:
- Content management and communication in social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Platform X, Discord);
- Planning publication schedules and its implementation;
- Moderation of published content;
- Building relationships with community members through regular interaction and responding to questions/comments;
- Monitoring and analyzing the results of social media activities and adapting strategies based on these results;
- Using analytical tools (e.g. Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign results;
- Interpreting data and creating reports presenting the results of social media activities;
- Content optimization based on data analysis to increase engagement and achieve business goals;
- Identifying new trends and opportunities in social media and recommending innovative solutions;
- Manage crisis situations and respond to negative feedback in a professional and diplomatic manner.
