What do we offer?
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract.
- Salary in the range of PLN 5,000 - 8,000 net (+VAT) B2B .

What does our recruitment process look like?
- Verification of submitted CVs and portfolios.
- Introductory conversation on MS Teams (15-30 minutes) – this is the first contact with you. During this conversation, we would like to introduce you to the law firm, department and position for which you are applying. Together with you, we confirm key issues such as motivation to join PragmatIQ, salary expectations, preferred form of employment and availability. This is an important moment for me to get to know you better.
- Online test – to make sure that you have the analytical skills we need, in the next step we give you a test that checks your mathematical and logical thinking skills.
- Recruitment task – in order to complete substantive verification, in the next step you will receive a recruitment task from me. This allows us to properly assess your fit for the position. You, in turn, have a sample of what working with us is like, so at this stage you can also assess whether it is something you are looking for.
- Recruitment meeting (60-90 minutes)– in the last step, I invite you to a recruitment meeting where, apart from me, there is also a Supervisor and/or Team Leader. The aim of this stage is to get to know each other. We want you to be able to ask us questions that concern you. Wein turn, we want to find out what is important to you in your professional career and what substantive issues are important to you.
- Decision and feedback – after passing all stages, we make a decision and return with feedback to each candidate.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of social media and content creation.

- Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite (including Adobe Premiere), ability to efficiently use social media (Facebook) , LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and YouTube.
- Good organization of own work, creativity, ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time.
- Ability to think analytically, take initiative, dynamism, high independence and responsibility.
Additionally, it will be appreciated if:
- You have experience in the legal or tax industry.
- You know English at B2 level.
