- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Ability to create and implement social media communication plans.
- “Light pen” and creating attractive content.
- Knowledge of trends, formats, specifics and indicators in social media.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of activities, draw conclusions on this basis, report current activities and present recommendations.
- Conscientiousness and ddiscipline and very good organization of own work.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, attention to detail, independence, punctuality and an open mind.
- Ability to create and edit short video materials for social media.
- Ease of communication with the team and client, ability to work in a group.
- Honesty, transparency and openness to feedback.
- Basic ability to create graphic content, knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Experience in editing short video content, knowledge of tools such as: CapCut, InShot.
- Readiness to work stationary at the initial stage of cooperation, in the office in Poznań; in the longer term, the possibility of hybrid work.
