We are seeking a talented and experienced SMM Manager to join our team and take charge of managing and promoting the company’s profile as well as the core team’s profiles primarily on LinkedIn and other platforms as well.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content to increase brand visibility and drive an active audience to our profiles.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
- English Upper Intermediate or higher is a must.
- Work experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
- A proven track record in producing engaging content.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (F, Insta, LinkedIn)
- Experience with AI content creation, image creation tools (Canva, Midjorney, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective content strategies tailored for B2B audiences on LinkedIn.
- Create from scratch engaging posts about company services and latest tech trends
- Work closely with LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other tech communities to share and promote the latest company news and blog articles.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the core team members, to showcase their expertise and thought leadership through social media channels.
- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts to amplify the company’s presence and reach on social media.
Interview stages:
Technical part (1 stage): screening interview;
Final part (2 stage): interview with CEO.
