We are looking for a person who:
- has at least 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns in the Meta, Tik Tok and LinkedIn environment in an independent position;
- created and implemented short- and long-term media strategies in social media;
- ran independent paid campaigns in the Meta environment, both image and e-commerce.
- knows basic indicators and billing formats in digital campaigns;
- understands the tools used to optimize, monitor and report campaigns;
- can calculate campaign reporting indicators (such as: ROI, ROAS);
- she is not afraid of analyzing media data and developing conclusions and recommendations based on them
- she knows English well enough to communicate freely with the client
- she is independent and has a strong sense of responsibility for the assigned tasks
- cares about the high quality of her work
- is interested in an alternative approach to the organization (company) and the team, free from hierarchy, transparent and based on trust < /li>
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 will be an additional advantage
