We are looking for someone who is willing to communicate with our users on social networks and provide them with the level of support they need.

Responsibilities:

• Process private messages and comments on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter)) in the countries where Jiji is present; < /li>
• Monitor and respond to online brand mentions;
• Work closely with the support team to provide quality feedback to users who have requested support on social media;
• > Document feedback from users and pass it on to responsible departments with the goal of timely identification of problems, improvement of the product and user experience;
