You will manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other channels while actively generating and closing sales opportunities.

Cyprus Relocation Details:

  • Housing allowance: €1,000/month (covers studio/1-bed apartment)
  • Relocation package: €2,500 (flight, initial setup)

    • EN: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook (daily posts, stories, engagement). Create content calendar and execute posting schedule. Create posts content. Monitor trends, engage with community, respond to comments. Track metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions. Manage paid social campaigns (budget allocation, targeting, optimization).
    • RU: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook (daily posts, stories, interaction). Create a content calendar and implement a posting schedule. Writing texts for posts. Track trends, interact with the community, respond to comments. Track metrics: reach, engagement, subscriber growth, conversions. Manage paid social campaigns (budget allocation, targeting, optimization).

    Sales & Lead Generation (50%) / Sales and lead generation (50%):

    • EN: Identify and qualify leads from social channels. Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn DMs, etc.). Schedule demos/consultations with prospects. Present platform features and benefits to potential clients. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain CRM (track leads, follow-ups, conversions). Collaborate with product team on customer feedback.
    • EN: Find and qualify leads from social channels. Aboutconduct outgoing outreach (LinkedIn DM, etc.). Schedule demos/consultations with potential clients. Present the features and benefits of the platform. Close deals and achieve monthly sales goals. Maintain a CRM (track leads, followers, conversions).     Requirements

    Hard Skills (Mandatory):

    • EN: 2+ years social media management experience. 1+ years B2B sales or lead generation experience. Expert in LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X and others. Copywriting: engaging captions, ad copy, sales messages. CRM proficiency. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics). English B2+ (written and spoken).
    • RU:2+ years of experience in social media management. 1+ year of B2B sales or lead generation experience. Expertise on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X and more. Copywriting: engaging signatures, advertising texts, selling messages. Proficient in CRM. Analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics). English B2+ (written and oral).

    Portfolio Requirements:

    • Social media accounts you've managed (with metrics)
    • Examples of content created (graphics, videos, posts)
    • Sales numbers (deals closed, revenue generated)
    • Case study: campaign you ran from strategy to results
