Shaw and Partners is a software development provider for high-profile startups with approximately 25 remote staff. We are also incubating two startups. Christopher Shaw, the founder and CEO, would be your manager.

Our clients have funded U.S. startups in LA and NY, so depending on your location, you may need to participate in a late call, but you can set your own schedule.

We are looking for a talented marketing generalist to join our team.

Required

• 1 year of experience in SMM
• Experience with various marketing tools, including SEO and SMM
• English (Fluency in reading and writing, spoken can be intermediate)
• Quickly generate new ideas and solve problems
• Ability to prioritize and effectively organize work
• Excellent analytical skills, responsibility, and creativity
   

Responsibilities

• Create a content plan (we have a designer, so copywriting and ideas are on you)
• Work with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Notion
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our and our client’s services
• Work with graphic and UI/UX designers to improve website conversion and create designs for social media
• Constantly analyze trends and keep up with all the changes
