We work hybrid - Mondays and Fridays remotely, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our office in Browary Warszawskie. Our working hours are flexible, so you can start the day between 8 and 11 a.m. and finish between 3 and 6 p.m. We are currently looking for a person with documented experience in the development of SM profiles for the position of: Social Media Growth Specialist We would like to offer you: basic salary of PLN 6,000 net (B2B) or PLN 5,500 gross (mandate contract), bonuses from PLN 500 to PLN 4,000 - we care about your commitment and your entrepreneurship is extremely important to us, which is why we offer large commission opportunities, which are influenced by the following factors : achieving quarterly customer satisfaction results commission for each customer served commission for acquiring a new customer commission for increasing the contract with your current customers hybrid office-home work model 20 days of paid leave demanding projects tailored to your interests that will allow you to prove yourself, possibility of implementation new developments in digital marketing, a relaxed atmosphere and flexible working hours, support for the rest of the team and the possibility of additional learning at external (budget PLN 2,000) and internal training, opportunities for rapid development as the company grows.
