Role Description:We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Developer to join our team as a volunteer. As a Social Media Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective social media strategies to amplify our organization's message, engage our online community, and raise awareness about our cause.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).- Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital engagement.- Collaborate with the communications team to align social media efforts with overall organizational messaging and campaigns.- Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.- Monitor and report on social media analytics and insights to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.Requirements:- Strong passion for the non-profit sector and the organization's mission.- Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and utilizing social media management tools.- Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and community engagement.- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing content.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.Benefits:- 100% remote position.Competitive salary.How to Apply:If you are excited about leveraging your social media skills to contribute to our non-profit organization, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter (optional) outlining your interest and relevant experience to [email protected].
