Specialist in social media and copywriting in lifecell

We are looking for a Social Media and Copywriting Specialist to join our lifecell team - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies - an international provider of converged telecommunications and technological services, whose head office is located in Istanbul, Turkey. The area of ​​responsibility will include the organization of content and maintenance of brand pages in social networks, control of publications; development and placement of consumer-effective copywriting and other advertising material for lifecell products and services in digital and other communication channels. Functional duties: 1. Implementation of the approved strategy for the development of brand representation in new and digital media. 2. Planning and organization of content and management of brand pages in social networks (tone of voice, main visual style, etc.), control of placement of content of brand pages by SMM agency. 3. Planning, agreement with the internal customer and control over the placement of commercial information regarding the products and services of the brand. 4. Development of proposals for the promotion of the company's products and services in the format of special campaigns. 5. Development of non-standard campaigns and activations in order to attract more subscribers and increase interaction with brand pages in social networks. 6. Ensuring effective and transparent communication to promote the company's products and services in order to reduce customer support requests. 7. Development of copyright (including creative copyright) for the main image campaigns of the brand, as well as digital communication. 8. Constant monitoring of brand mentions from the point of view of reputational capital, creation of situational publications, provision of publications (24/7). 9. Analysis of digital communications of market partners, development of communication concepts based on the principle of anticipating market trends. 10. Cross-functional interaction and cooperation with internal divisions of the company on commercial information to create communication concepts. Requirements: 1. Complete higher education - Copywriting, Philology, Marketing, Journalism2. Work experience of at least 1 year3. English language - intermediate level Copywriting expertise Experience in preparing materials for promoting products or services in social networks Experience in developing creative ideas and creative copywriting Experience in proofreading materials in Ukrainian, Russian and English What do we offer?
