Social Manager (TikTok та Threads) in MAUDAU

Looking for a pro who can turn trends into organic reality. This is not a classic SMM, but a role for someone who lives TikTok and Threads, feels trends faster than anyone and is able to turn them into results for the brand.

What you will do:

• Maintain TikTok and MAUDAU Threads as full-fledged channels of brand growth

• Quickly launch trending content without complex production

• Coordinate creators and give them clear and creative edits on scripts and hooks

• Comment, react, dialogue with the audience 

• Constantly monitor trends, adapt them to the brand and offer scalable formats

Who we are looking for:

• Professional with deep understanding of TikTok and Threads who knows exactly how algorithms and virality work

• Someone who thinks quickly and makes decisions "here and now"

• Responsible and independent

• Creative, ready to offer ideas and not afraid to experiment

• With the ability to communicate competently and wittily in the Ukrainian language

What is important to us:

• Experience managing TikTok accounts (brand or personal)

• Understanding video startup and overclocking mechanics

• The ability to adapt trends to the brand, and not just copy them

• Experience working with creators or bloggers

• Examples of successful cases or videos where you were/were involved

• Experience in e-commerce or retail

• Understanding basic TikTok analytics

• Experience with Threads

• A sense of humor and a sense of light, friendly formats
