Project name: "Protection of internally displaced persons and population affected by the conflict, empowerment of communities".

Position: Social adaptation specialist.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation of individual social support of beneficiaries (elderly people, IDPs, persons with disabilities, single persons) using case management. 
• Assessment of needs, development and implementation of individual social adaptation plans aimed at restoring autonomy and independence. 
• Providing mentor support together with a psychologist, promoting the development of decision-making skills, self-reliance and responsibility for one's own life. 
• Facilitating beneficiaries' access to social, medical, psychological, administrative and educational services, providing referrals to specialized services. 
•  Supporting the beneficiary's integration into community life through involvement in social, educational and community initiatives (in particular, Third Age University programs). 
•  Interacts with local government, social services and partners to provide comprehensive support.
• Promoting social inclusion and reducing social isolation. 
•  Supporting access to basic social services. 
• Keeping documentation and preparing reports within the scope of the project in compliance with the principles of confidentiality.
  
  Qualification requirements. Technical skills:
• Education in the field of social sciences, law, psychology or humanities will be an advantage.
• Experience in the field of social support or the humanitarian field is welcome.
• Experience in working with government agencies and understanding the range of their services.
• Excellent communication skills skills and ability to work with different categories of the population.
• Experience with internally displaced persons.
• Skills of information collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of privacy principles and work with personal data.
