SOC Engineer (Network) in "INFOTEH"

Hello! We are looking for a security specialist to analyze and monitor network equipment settings!

We are INFOTECH is a state-owned IT company that has been working in the field of information technologies for more than 5 years. We develop and implement our own software products called MIA. Our projects cover a wide range of areas, including cryptographic protection, digital transformation and IT solutions for medicine, education, software, finance, government and telecommunications.

Your tasks will be:

• Configuration and monitoring of network screens;
• Analysis and monitoring of network equipment settings (switches, routers) from the point of view of information security; li>
• Analysis of network traffic to detect suspicious or unwanted activities and timely response to information security incidents;
• Development and implementation of security policies at the network levels, taking into account modern standards and methods of cyber protection;
• Maintenance and updating of network firewall software in accordance with security requirements and vulnerabilities;
• Participation in planning and implementation of technical measures for cyber protection, including network architectural changes and deployment of security solutions;
• Cooperation with other team members to respond to incidents.

What you need:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Higher education in the field of computer science, information technology or related fields;
• Experience in administration of next generation network screens (Next Generation Firewall);
• Understanding of network security principles, including knowledge of network environment protocols, standards, and threats;
• Ability to analyze and interpret network monitoring and incident detection data;
• Experience with network monitoring, analysis, and security tools (Wireshark, IDS/IPS systems, and network firewalls);
• English language (intermediate), reading technical documentation, correspondence.

It will be an advantage:< /strong>

• Certifications in network security Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or readiness to obtain them.
• Deployment experience and management of Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC) and Palo Alto Networks Panorama.
