SMM Team Lead / Head of SMM GoIT UA in GoIT

GoIT is a product company from the field of EdTech.

We have become a leader in technical online education in Ukraine. Currently, more than 2,300 of our graduates are working as developers in Ukraine. We also teach programming to students in Poland, Romania, the USA and Mexico.

We are the only educational company in the IT field in Ukraine that has the right to issue higher education diplomas of an international standard, recognized in 60+ countries of the world.

Our main product is an LMS (Learning Management System) application that allows automatic verification of student code and makes the online learning process gamified. In 2023, our LMS won the "Product of the Day" and "Product of the Week" awards on the international startup platform Product Hunt.

The company unites 600+ people and we have no plans to stop.

For now GoIT UA is looking for SMM Team Lead / Head of SMM.

The purpose of the position is to qualitatively manage the work of the content team and implement innovations that will lead to optimization work and improvement of results in terms of ROMI and Revenue

What tasks await:

• Manage and develop the company's social network ecosystem.
< li>Manage the publication plan for all social networks, taking into account their features and analyze the results.
• Generate new ideas for social network development.
• Increase the reach and number of followers on all social networks.
• li>
• Analysis of the effectiveness of key indicators in social networks and their improvement.
• Team management, their adaptation and development of their competences.
• Management of budgets.
• Tracking sales from social networks, performance analytics and timely response to changes.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Team management experience , building processes, the ability to organize joint work in the position of Head of SMM\Content.
• For the head position, 2+ years of SMM work experience with positive results.
• Deep analytical skills, good understanding of indicators and numbers is required.

Desirable, but not necessary: ​​

• SMM courses or in general marketing - but this is not a must.
