SMM Team Lead in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for an SMM Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of the strategy for the development of SMM channels and influence marketing for the brand;

- Management of the implementation of SMM projects (distribution of tasks in the team, control of deadlines and quality, management decisions) ;

- Promote social networks in order to increase the number of target subscribers and their level of engagement;

- Analysis of competitors, trends, approaches and search for ideas to attract the audience and develop the community; /p>

Requirements:

- Experience in SMM, at least 2 years;

- Strong communication skills and team management experience;

- Understanding of content creation processes for Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc. The ability to select the right content for each social. networks;

- Ability to analyze data and effectively use analytical tools;

- High level of self-organization and responsibility.
