We are looking for a creative and energetic, super organized person for the position of TeamLead SMM

Work schedule: full-time, hybrid (Mon\Wed\Fri offline) . We work in a comfortable open space office in the center of the capital on Vozdvizhenka (there is a shelter and a generator)

Stages of interviews: communication with a recruiter - test - interview with SMM Lead.

WHAT TO DO:

— Understand the needs of each project and select the appropriate tools to cover them.
— Develop a brand positioning strategy, create a content plan and bring it to life.
— Supervise the team and organize work so that projects meet their KPIs.
- To achieve the goal of the project so that later these cases are set as an example to others.
- Prepare reports and communicate with clients.
- Resolve complex situations and prevent problems in projects.
—Organize operational activities in projects.
—Participate in the development of other OMG Agency products, as well as in strategic direction.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Ability to develop strong brand positioning strategies, create content plans and successfully implement them.
- Understanding the needs of each project and the ability to select the appropriate tools for their implementation.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility in interaction with different members of the production team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
—Experience in supervising a team and organizing work with the goal of achieving project KPIs.
- Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with clients.
— Organization of operational activities within projects.
