We are ready to take the Content-team to a new level and are looking for an SMM Team Lead who is strong in analytics and is not afraid to test new strategies. Our team consists of four middle-senior specialists. We have an open corporate culture with a focus on results and numbers. Your manager will be Kseniia Havryliuk - Deputy CMO All Right.

- Monitoring analytics and optimizing and scaling the result for conversion.
- Testing new formats and scaling organic growth.
- Finding and launching collaborations with bloggers, by creators.
- 1:1 training, motivation and team development.
- Controltone of voice, visual quality and uniform style for all markets.
Your challenge for the next 3 months will be:
- Build a system scaling Reels - from regularity to virality.
- Show the growth of payments from the channel.
- Develop the direction of UGC - motivate users to create and share videos.
We expect from you:
- From 1 year of experience managing an SMM team (Edtech is a plus).
- Understanding the specifics of Instagram channels (TikTok, YouTube - for perspective).
- Understanding the algorithms of different social networks and the ability to adapt content to different social networks
- Successful commercial cases of page growth in different GEOs.
- Reliance on analytics in each decision and the ability to identify areas for improvement (Excel, Looker Studio). Metrics are your strong point.
- Responsibility and willingness to lead the team by your own example.
