We are a boutique marketing agency that specializes in creating effective SMM strategies for our clients. We are looking for a talented and ambitious SMM Team Lead to lead our team of SMM specialists.

Main duties:< /p>

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy: Responsibility for creating, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of SMM strategies for our clients.
• Project management: Management of all processes within projects, ensuring timely implementation of tasks.
• Analysis and optimization: Analysis of campaign performance indicators, identification of areas for improvement and implementation of appropriate changes.
• Content management: Managing the process of creating TK for shooting new photo and video materials, cooperation with contractors.
• Marketing activities: Development and implementation of marketing activities for brands, calculation of estimates, search for contractors.
• Initiation of ideas:
• Initiation of ideas: Proposing and implementing new creative solutions.
• Presentations and reports: Creating presentations for clients with campaign results and suggestions for further actions.< /li>
• Feedback: Providing constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education: Higher education in the field of marketing will be an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with an emphasis on SMM.
• Project Management: Skills manage projects and team.
• Knowledge of platforms: Deep understanding of Instagram and other social networks, as well as analytical tools.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
