SMM specialist (with experience working with big brands) in All Motion

Who we are:

All Motion Group is a leading marketing agency with 20 years of experience in Ukraine. Our clients are well-known international corporations represented in Ukraine. We specialize in creating effective advertising campaigns that help brands achieve their goals and people like them.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategies for large clients (FMCG, retail, tech, etc.)

• Creation of content plans, copywriting, production of TK for designers

• Coordination of photo shoots, video shooting, interaction with the production team

• Community management, monitoring trends, working with negativity

• Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, preparing reports, optimizing content

• Participation in brainstorming and development of creative campaigns together with creative and strategic teams

We expect from you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Cases of successful work with big brands (required)

• Deep understanding of various social networks (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Creative thinking, strong copywriting skills

• Ability to work in multitasking and deadlines

• Confident Ukrainian, competent written language

Will be a plus:

• Experience in launching targeted advertising

• Understanding of digital analytics

• Experience working in an agency is a big plus
