Strength for the Strong Charitable Foundation supports families of prisoners of war, missing persons and defenders who have returned from captivity. We work with a sensitive topic where humanity, responsibility and sincerity in every word are important.

We invite to the team a content manager / SMM specialist who will help talk about our activities, build trust and build emotional communication with the audience.

Expected work results

• regular, structured content in social networks in accordance with the content plan;
• clear and recognizable Tone of Voice of the fund in all publications;
• increasing audience reach and engagement (likes, comments, shares, views);
• stable presence of the fund on key platforms:Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube;
• content that creates an emotional connection and trust in the fund;
• adaptation content for different platforms without losing meaning;
• basic monthly conclusions based on the results of analytics and suggestions for improvement.

?? Responsibilities

• creating creative content for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) taking into account trends and sensitive topics;
• writing live texts and storytelling in accordance with the Tone of Voice foundation;
• basic photo and video processing, creating simple visuals for social network;
• adaptation of one message for different platforms;
• formation of a content plan (monthly / quarterly);
• analysis of basic indicators (reach, engagement) and formation of simple conclusions.

?? Required skills and experience

• understanding of trends and content formats in social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube);
• experience or willingness to work with socially sensitive topics;
• ability to write clear, lively texts and work with storytelling;
• basic photo and video processing skills (Lightroom / CapCut / VN or similar);
• ability to create simple visuals (Canva, Figma or similar);
• experience in content adaptation for different platforms;
• content planning skills;
• basic understanding of social media analytics.

Will be an advantage

• independent video shooting (including myself);
• willingness to pick up operational content as agreed;
• experience in teamwork and meeting deadlines.
