Functional tasks:

• Development of a strategy to promote financial literacy in social networks (including TikTok);
• Creation of content: writing scripts, filming, editing and publishing videos;
• Opportunity to directly participate in filming. video clips;
• Be able to analyze trends and adapt them to the educational niche and the topic of financial literacy;
• Attracting the audience and the ability to work with it;
• Tracking analytics: analyzing content performance indicators and suggesting ways to improve;
• Working with the formation of the tone of voice of the “Okay” site in TikTok.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education (bachelor, master);
• English language level not lower than B2;
• Experience as a TikTok creator or SMM specialist from 1 year;
• Ability to create video content for all stages: script, shooting, editing;
• Understanding of TikTok management trends and promotion mechanics;
• Skills in working with editing tools, subtitle creation services and graphic editors;
• Creativity and the ability to convey complex information in an interesting and simple way;
• Experience with TikTok analytics and the ability to optimize content;
• Desirable: experience in creating educational content or work with financial topics;
• Experience of working with AI in video formats will be an additional advantage;
• Skills in working with editing tools, subtitle creation services and graphic editors;
• Responsibility, ability to work in a team, self-organization, punctuality (meeting deadlines), creativity.
