SMM specialist for events in EKONOMIKA

We are looking for an SMM specialist for Ekonomika+ events

Ekonomika+ organizes large-scale business events and conferences:
Business Wisdom Summit, Sport Marketing Marathon, Womo Women Events and others.
That is why we need an SMM manager who knows how to effectively pump social networks in the event format - from the announcement to post-event.

If you:

• understand the dynamics of events and know how to work with "burning" deadlines,
• know how to create content that brings people to events, and not just collect likes,
• write clearly, vividly and interesting,
• do you know how to increase the visibility and involvement of the community around events —
  then we definitely want to meet!

What to do:

• Maintain the social networks of our events (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Telegram).
• Prepare and update content plans for each stage of the event: announcements, speakers, partner integrations, program, tickets, reports.
• Work with visuals: assign TK to the designer or make basic layouts yourself.
• Moderate comments, answer questions, support the community around the event.
• Work in conjunction with the event team and PR people to ensure content is released on time.
• Analyze results: reach, traffic, conversions, ticket sales.

What we want to see in your experience:

• Relevant SMM experience in the field of events, conferences or educational projects (advantage).
• Ability to work with rapid changes: new speakers, updated program, urgent announcements.
• Understanding of basic metrics and ability show the result in numbers.
• Experience writing texts in business, economics, marketing or technology topics will be a plus.
• Basic graphics skills (Canva / Figma, etc.).
