M. ROSENFELD is a European E-commerce company that has been exporting products under its own brand to the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan and the UAE for over 5 years. The main sales platforms are Amazon and Shopify. The company's mission is to build a well-known high-quality hookah brand with its own hookah products and more. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for an active SMM Specialist / Content-Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and managing content for our social media channels, communicating with the audience and running advertising campaigns as needed. Your future responsibilities: content creation: developing original content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others, including videos, images, text posts and other formats; planning and publishing: developing a content calendar and scheduling posts to ensure regular and high-quality content; analysis and tracking: monitoring audience response to posts, tracking key performance indicators and analyzing results with in order to improve the content strategy; interaction with the audience: responding to comments, messages and requests from the audience, maintaining activity and interacting with followers; managing advertising campaigns: creating, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in social media in order to attract new audiences and support the brand; analysis competitors: monitoring and analyzing competitors' content to identify opportunities and unique approaches to content; continuous self-development: following trends in social media, learning new tools and practices to constantly improve your skills and knowledge. We expect from you: from 0.5 years of experience work in the position of SMM Specialist and/or Content-Maker; the ability to generate original ideas for content and capture the attention of the audience through creative approaches; the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members; the ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments, as well as manage my own time and tasks; willingness to accept responsibility for my work and results, to meet deadlines and quality standards; the desire to constantly improve your knowledge and skills in the field of social media and content marketing; the ability to look at tasks from different points of view and look for non-traditional solutions to solve them; knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (and above). Will be an advantage: understanding of how the Amazon platform works; experience working in the field of e-commerce.
