Currently we are at the scaling stage, therefore, we are looking for a creative and talented SMM specialist to join our team. 

Key tasks:

• Development of a content plan taking into account needs and goals clients
• Creation of attractive content independently and in cooperation with designers
• Moderation of social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram

• Constant monitoring of trends and activity of competitors in social networks
• Tracking the quality of content and effectiveness of activities in social networks
• Close interaction with copywriters and designers and drafting technical specifications for them

Needed skills and experience:

• Experience as an SMM specialist from 1 year
• Understanding SMM metrics and ability to evaluate results
• < span>Creativity, non-standard thinking
• Ability to generate interesting and attractive content, analyze the needs of customers and target audience
• Copywriting skills < /span>
• Experience of interacting with several clients/projects at the same time
• Responsibility, proactivity and a high level of self-organization
• Ability to work within deadlines, quickly systematize and submit information

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working in SMM on the agency side
• Experience of working with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
< li>Knowledge of English/Polish
• Experience of working with clients in real estate, medicine and motor vehicles
• Skills work with Canva, Figma and Adobe package
