SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world investments. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for SMM Specialist.

Storyby is a consumer tech startup with two products: AlphaNovel and DramaShorts.

AlphaNovel: Open marketplace for novels and comics. We're building Netflix in the world of books and comics, a platform with the best original content. Our team is committed to empowering every author—and millions of them around the world—to publish their book and readers to choose future bestsellers.

DramaShorts: Application with drama series with episodes of 1-2 minutes in a vertical Reels-like format. Our series are a continuation of the AlphaNovel business, as we write scripts based on successful books on the platform.

The Storyby team consists of 40+ professionals who are building the future of the world of publishing and video content of the 21st century. We have gone through the process of finding economic units, continue to grow actively and scale engagement channels.

What challenges await:
We are looking for a person to build and implement a Social Media strategy for two of our brands: AlphaNovel and DramaShorts (in the future, and for the main brand, Storyby).

Tasks:
- SMM strategy on various social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Development and implementation in close cooperation with the operations team;
—an audit of AlphaNovel's social networks and content that has already been created;
— updating the SMM strategy for the AlphaNovel brand and implementing it;
—creation and SMM strategies for the DramaShorts brand;
— creation, editing, publication and regular distribution of content on brand pages;
- in the perspective of starting the development of the Storyby brand.

What is important to us:
—Experience with SMM for B2C startups or content businesses;
- Stay abreast of innovations and trends in social networks.
— Ability to write texts in English;
—Basic photo/video editing skills;
—Experience with Figma;
— Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with TikTok or video content.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
