More to come 💛 What you will do: Organize and shoot content in the office; Create videos for TikTok and Reels; Work with video editing programs; Generate ideas, create content plans and scripts for videos in accordance with the company's TOV; You will help with managing the company's TikTok and Instagram pages; You will monitor global content trends in TikTok and Instagram; Conduct competitor research and benchmarking; You will develop a strategy for attracting subscribers through content; You will create new sections in social networks; You will implement and develop mechanisms for engaging the audience through stories; you will generate ideas for stories on Instagram and writing texts; You will work with user content (UGC); You will monitor the effectiveness of the content in relation to the set goals. What we expect from you: From 1 year of experience in SMM; Fluency in Ukrainian and English at the Intermediate+ level; Strong portfolio with cases and samples of your work; Availability of content creation equipment; Understanding of social media algorithms and nuances of content creation for TikTok and Instagram; Experience with video editing programs; Creativity and proactivity.
