The PR team of headoffice Genesis is expanding the SMM direction and is looking for a SMM Specialist who will work on the development and strengthening of corporate social networks.

The following tasks await you:

• Interaction with the directions of the PR team (Content, Internal Comm's, Design);
• Content creation and development of corporate social networks;
• Development of a content plan, filling the existing rubric with new rubrics;
• Cooperation with the design team to create visuals;
• Script writing and filming for social networks (Reels);
• Processing direct mail and providing timely responses to requests;
• Monthly monitoring of the effectiveness of social media management.

What we expect from you:

• From 1+ year of experience in the position of SMM manager/content manager in IT or a related field;
• Copywriting skills and the ability to write texts in various formats (for example, posts, scripts for short videos, samaras, etc.);
• Understanding of basic SMM metrics;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;
• Experience shooting Reels according to your own scenarios;
• Creative thinking and the ability to create and present own ideas.

Experience in analytical services - Sprout Social, trendHERO, etc. will be a plus.

And also the presence of ER growth cases and account reach, number of subscribers and other indicators.
