DILA Medical Laboratory invites an SMM specialist to its team!

Work format: full-time, hybrid format.

We are looking for a person who can:
• Ensure an effective presence of the brand in social networks;
• Increase the level of recognition, loyalty and engagement of the audience;
• Create quality content and support system communication of the brand.

Main duties:
• Management and development of the company’s social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok); contractors);
• Work with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and publication analytics;
• Moderation of pages: interaction with subscribers, responses in Direct and comments;
• Coordination with other departments and control of timely release of content.

Important for us:
• Experience in the field of SMM or content marketing from 2 years; practical experience of managing corporate or brand pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok;
• Higher education in the field of marketing, journalism, PR, communications or related fields; an additional advantage will be the completion of specialized courses (SMM, digital marketing, copywriting, content strategies, TikTok marketing);
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written), knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Confident use of a PC, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, Figma, CapCut or VN;
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies, creating text and visual content, organization and coordination of photo and video shoots;
• Ability to monitor trends and adapt them to the brand, using basic mobile shooting skills.
