Hello! We are Star Way Media, a group of companies in the field of digital marketing, information technology, trading and investment. On the market of Ukraine for more than 10 years.

Now our team is looking for a CMM specialist. We are looking for an active and professional CMM person who perfectly understands the modern mechanisms of social networks, owns current trends, knows how to organically promote content, develop strategies, build communication with the audience, work in a team.

You live an active social life, you know what a "hook" and "retention" are, you know how to think quickly and create content easily. Then you should definitely come to us!

What you need to do:

- Manage social networks: develop Instagram and LinkedIn pages (strategy, content plan, posting, attracting followers).

- Create innovative content: create videos and visual content with the help of AI (video generation with digital avatars, voiceover, visual).

- Create Content Production: prepare script texts and visuals + perform a full cycle of approval of materials before publication.

- Conduct analytics: monitor performance indicators and their improvement.

Create storytelling: prepare series of stories and posts that attract the audience.

- Create special projects: develop and implement advent calendars, collaborations with proven bloggers.

- Lead situational marketing: to quickly respond to information drives of the international market (Newsjacking) and quickly adapt them to our brand.

- Conduct competitor analysis: regularly monitor competitor activities and adapt best practices from the field of fintech and related fields.

Our expectations from the candidate:

2 years of work experience as an SMM manager.

Understanding that SMM is primarily Marketing.

Independence: you know how to set yourself goals, stick to them deadlines and don't need micromanagement.

Results oriented: you understand that likes are important, but conversions and brand reputation are more important.

Experience with neural networks (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, tools for creating avatars like HeyGen, Synthesia or D-ID or similar).

English - Intermediate

Design Skills: Confident command of Figma to work with ready-made templates and create an aesthetic visual.

Would be a significant advantage:

Experience in Fintech marketing: you understand what acquisition, investment or crypto is, and you know how to write about it simply and interestingly.

SendPulse knowledge: you know how to set up chatbots and newsletters.
