About the fund

BF "Blagomai" is a Ukrainian charity fund that for 14 years supports a decent childhood and equal opportunities for children in Ukraine.
The foundation is engaged in educational, cultural, medical and humanitarian projects, builds shelters for children's educational institutions and restores damaged social infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of social networks of the foundation and individual projects (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy in accordance with the goals of the foundation.

• Creation content: texts, photos, videos, stories, reels.

• Planning and publication of posts, maintaining a content calendar.

• Working with targeted advertising (if necessary).

• Monitoring and analysis of campaign effectiveness, preparation of reports.

• Moderation of comments and messages, support of dialogue with subscribers.

• Interaction with the media, influencers and partners in social networks.

Requirements

• Experience as an SMM specialist from 1-2 years (preferably in the field of non-profit organizations or social projects).

• Understanding algorithms and features of the main social networks.

• Ability to create visual and text content.

• Basic photo and video shooting skills, working with Canva/Photoshop/CapCut or similar.

• Skills in writing creative and structured texts.

• Responsibility, organization, creativity.

Will a plus

• Experience working with Meta advertising offices.

• Knowledge of the English language (at a basic level) for working with international partners.

• Experience in project management or cooperation with creative contractors.
